This is a major revision of our existing HUDWAY app. We made it from scratch and it was large work. We did a lot of R&D on HUD interfaces to make it helpful and non-distracting. This version sees a brand new route visualization, handy trip info widgets, and lots of useful ride statistics in profile.
HUDWAY helps you drive safer in fog, piovere, heavy snow, in dusk and darkness.
Create a route and place your smartphone on the dashboard — you’ll see the route reflected on your windshield. Keep your eyes on the road and know in advance what’s ahead — a straight run, or a ramp-turn. This is especially handy when driving between cities.
— Live 3D route moves as your vehicle moves — and you understand it immediately.
— Watch your current speed and the distance to the next turn right on the windshield.
— See how safely you drive: the app calculates your driving score based on your acceleration, braking, giri, and speeding data.
— Know your fuel consumption per each trip and the expenses on it.
— Switch among trip info widgets — check traveled and left distance, time spent and ETA.
— Get voice instructions — feels like driving with a co-pilot.
— Check the stats after the ride: maximum and average speed, accelerazione, trip distance and duration.
— Collect miles and get bonuses.

1. On a clear day, the device screen brightness is typically insufficient to give a decent reflection for HUD mode. In that situation, you can use the app in standard mode with the phone fixed with some mount, OR stay HUD using our HUDWAY Glass accessory (learn more about it at hudwayglass.com). At night, in dusk, or in dull weather the reflection is normally well-discernible.
2. When driving, make sure that your smartphone or tablet is well fixed in some mount or on some sticky pad, and doesn\’t prevent you from clearly seeing the road.
