Known Issue: There’s a limitation where the app will not properly sync after an update or new installation while connected to Wi-Fi. We are currently working on a fix. A workaround is to turn off Wi-Fi and reboot the device (using the AT&T mobile network only). After rebooting, wait 2-3 minutes for AT&T AllAccess to synchronize with the AT&T backend systems over the mobile network before connecting back to Wi-Fi.
